The El Dorado Hills Fire Department is pleased to offer the use of the station conference rooms to non-profit organizations in our community for official business purposes only. Please keep in mind that the Department shall have priority for conference room usage and, if necessary, the Department may cancel any room reservation should a conflict with Department needs arise. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited. In order to avoid monopolization, the room will not be reserved on a regular, ongoing basis by any one organization; usage is limited to four times per calendar year. Please complete the Conference Room Request Form in order to schedule a date and time for usage. El Dorado Hills Fire Department offers three conference rooms (pictured below). *NOTE: If you are not using Outlook as your Email provider, you will need to complete the form, save it to your computer and then attach it to an email through your Email provider (Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail, etc.). If you are using Outlook, you should be able to submit the form without saving it.
Groups using the rooms shall be responsible for set up and clean up. Please vacate the premises by the time indicated on the reservation and no later than 9:30 p.m. Except for the meeting room and public restrooms, the remainder of the Station is off limits to attendees. A security/key deposit of $100 is required.

Station 86 - 3670 Bass Lake Rd., EDH - Maximum occupancy of 20 people
Station 92 - 7470 Ryan Ranch Rd., EDH - Max. occupancy of 25 people
