Temporary Change to Over-the-Counter Plan Review Hours

Our over-the-counter plan review service will be temporarily reduced to two days a week to better balance our staff's workload between in-office plan reviews and field duties.

Effective May 19, 2025, through November 21, 2025, over-the-counter reviews will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on a first-come, first-served basis.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain timely service in both the field and the office.
