Strategic Plan

The El Dorado Hills Fire Department partnered with forty community representatives to establish a Strategic Plan. Understanding what the community expects of its fire and emergency service organization is critically important to developing a long-range perspective.

This Strategic Plan, with its foundation based in community and membership input, revisits the Department's pillars (Mission, Values, and Vision) and sets forth a continuous improvement plan that offers a road map for a justifiable and sustainable future.
