UNIMPROVED PROPERTY OWNER APPEAL/PROTEST FORM

YOUR RIGHT TO APPEAL THIS DECISION

You have a right to appeal the facts contained within the notice you received should you believe this notice was sent to you in error, you are unable to comply with the June 1st deadline to comply with this notice, or you object to your unimproved property being identified as a fire hazard.  You may appeal this request to the District’s Fire Marshal. Property owners who desire to file a protest or objection to the proposed removal of such weeds may file a written appeal via one of the following methods:

1. Complete and return the appeal form mailed to you with the notice to the El Dorado Hills Fire Department at the address identified on the form; or

2. Complete this online appeal form below.

All property owners having continuing objections to the proposed removal of such weeds as a fire hazard are hereby notified to attend a regular meeting of the Governing Board of the El Dorado Hills County Water District, to be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020, beginning at 6:00 P.M., when their objections will be heard and given due consideration.
