A full refund will be issued if the class is canceled by EDH Fire Training.
If the student withdraws from a class fourteen (14) business days before the class start date, registration will be refunded less processing fees of $25.00.
If a student withdraws within thirteen to eight (13 - 8) business days before the class start date, 50% of the registration will be refunded less processing fees of $25.00.
If a student withdraws within seven (7) business days before the class start date the student forfeits the entire registration fee.
For payments made by PayPal/credit: the refund of the original payment will be credited back to the same PayPal/credit card account.
A business day is considered Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
